What is the composition of the socks?
Our socks are produced locally in the vicinity of Łódź from the highest quality combed and regenerated cotton supplied from local suppliers with attention to detail at every stage of production.

The composition of our socks is:

• 80% cotton
• 17% polyamide
• 3% elastane

The socks I received do not match the order I made?

If you received the wrong pattern or size of socks, We are very sorry! To be wrong is human thing, please contact our client service
(contact@dorasocks.com), we will resolve the issue. 🙂

What is the delivery time?

When you place and pay for the order, we make every effort to get the order out on the same day, most of your socks need up to 3 business days to reach you.

Can I order socks with my own design?

Of course, we are open to various types of cooperation. We get a lot of inquiries about various projects, so write an email:contact@dorasocks.com We’ll see what we can do 🙂

How much time do I have to return?

We are sure about quality of our socks, so that you have 45 days from the date of purchase.

Attach a copy of the receipt or order confirmation to the package.

Remember, socks cannot show signs of use, they should have
original packaging and must not be damaged. We do not refund shipping costs
and we do not accept cash on delivery.

What are the delivery options?

At the moment we can offer 3 options:

Paczkomat Inpost — 12.30zł
Kurier Inpost — 13zł
Kurier DPD — 18.70zł

What size should I choose?

We try to be as close to universal sizes as possible. It’s best to keep track of the shoe number you wear most often.

The hardest part is choosing a size when it’s between.

We know from our experience that is better to choose a smaller size, e.g. if you have a shoe size of 38, it is best to choose a size of 35-37.
