Exchange or Return of Goods

Information regarding the possibility of returning or filing a complaint for ordered products.

Return of Socks:

Just like anyone else, if for any reason you change your mind and decide to return or exchange the purchased item, you have a period of 45 days from the date of purchase to do so. Simply send it to us at the following address:

Please include a note stating "Return/Exchange of Socks" with your package.

Attach a copy of the receipt or order confirmation to the package.

Please note that the socks must not show any signs of use, should be in their original packaging, and must not be damaged. We do not refund shipping costs and do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

If you wish to exchange the socks for a different model, please send us a message specifying which socks we should send you.

Damaged Socks:

Every day, we strive to take the best care of your packages, but mistakes can happen to anyone, including us. If such a situation occurs, please contact us immediately at contact@dorasocks.com, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Please remember to include photos and a description of the situation.

Return Timeframe:

We are so confident in our products that we offer a 45-day return period from the date of purchase. The products must have the original tags and must not be unpacked.

Refund to Your Account:

Once we receive the return, we require 7 days to process the refund and transfer the funds to your account.
